Protect Hair From Salt Water

Before the icebox was invented, salt was used as a preservative. When it’s used on roads to melt ice, it quickly rusts out the cars that drive over it. Salt is a strong irritant, which can do a lot of damage to your hair.

Rinsing your hair thoroughly with fresh water after swimming in salt water is very important.
