Protect Hair From The Sun

Sunlight can do beautiful things to hair, reflecting the color and texture in full brilliance. But sunlight contains harmful rays, including those in the ultraviolet range, which can do quite some mischief, if given extended access to your hair.

You use suntan lotion with high SPF ratings to protect the skin from the sun, right? Well, wouldn’t you want to protect the hair too? The sun’s ultraviolet rays break down the proteins in the hair and make it less elastic and more prone to damage.
